My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and collaborative, grounded in an anti-oppressive and culturally responsive lens. I honour the impact of systemic and intergenerational experiences on wellbeing, and strive to hold space for each person’s intersecting identities, lived experience, and inherent strengths.

I work with adults navigating stress and anxiety, mood fluctuations, life transitions, relationship issues, fertility-related challenges, and trauma, including those shaped by immigration and settlement experiences. I aim to provide care that is responsive to the cultural, relational, and contextual realities that influence each person’s life.

I view healing as a process of reconnection—with your authentic self, your relationships, and your inner wisdom. At the heart of my work is a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, safety, and respect, where meaningful reflection and growth can unfold at your own pace.
