FAQs

What services do you offer?

1

I provide individual counselling sessions for adults (19+). Depending on your needs and goals, I offer both short-term and longer-term support. Our work together is tailored to you—whether you’re looking for focused support around a specific concern or a deeper, ongoing space for reflection and growth.

Please note that I offer virtual sessions only at this time.

How do I get started?

2

Getting started is simple. You’re welcome to reach out through my contact form to connect. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit. If you decide to move forward and book an initial session, I’ll guide you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

What makes you different?

3

I believe that every counsellor brings their own unique way of being, and that finding the right fit can take time.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to your needs and hopes. I have training in EMDR, and a particular interest in integrating trauma experiences into our work. Many clients find this approach helpful in transforming old, unhelpful patterns into more rewarding ways of relating, and in creating a sense of movement and relief from feeling stuck.

What are your fees and are your services covered by insurance?

4

My fee is $160 for a 50-minute individual counselling session. I provide receipts that can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on the details of your individual coverage and plan. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your eligibility for reimbursement under Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) services.
